I have Alby connected. And I’ve received Zaps on my notes. I wanted to zap people on their notes as well but dont know how.

If you are on Damus it is because Apple forced them to remove the feature in order to stay in the App Store. There is a workaround but I'm not knowledgeable in it (I'm an Android user). If you #asknostr I'm sure others can help you out.
