I stand with Texas too.

But some clarity is important. The supreme court said that, for example in the event of someone drowning, the Federal border patrol can cut the razor wire and Texas must not interfere with their activities patroling the border and saving drowning people. They didn't say Texas couln't put up more razorwire or replace the cut razor wire after the federal border patrol have finished resucing the drowning guy.

So I think there won't be any further escalation. Instead there will be a lot more razor wire, people will be fired up and elect this guy again. But probably no civil war, and no fighting between Texas national guard and Federal agents.

I would welcome some event that would culminate in a mostly peaceful divorce because I think that would be better for all states involved, and maybe this can be turned into such an event, but not unless the federal border patrol also want it to.... and I think it is against Biden's interest for a divorce (the Federal goverment seeks to preserve the Union just as Abraham Lincoln did) so I predict it won't escalate.

Yes, agree, drowning victims should be saved by any means necessary.
