Self-leadership is tough at times! nostr:note1c9llkr5am29kk8nkr2fvw37auwz43h0zsy0wdewe3a4fxpqmdy2s77wjd2

It's only tough when it's not properly trained.
Otherwise, once trained, you can endure to the end if done right.
I hear the concept behind what you are saying, and yes training anything can be “simple” when done optimally…
But I don’t think you will ever find someone great at something who will say it (getting to their goal) was easy, let alone 100% of the time.
By default the training process often is, and I’d argue at first always is, tough.
So endurance and stick-to-it-iveness becomes a choice.
It’s a simple choice, either do or don’t do…
But consistent Self-Leadership is not always an easy choice.

Specific to being tied to chains; same thing. It may be simple for someone who has accomplished it. But the path required to attain freedom was not always easy.
For if it were, would not the multiple of billions of people on this planet already be free and this would be a mute conversation?
Lots of nuance to people’s situation and location which impact the process.
