I was telling my uncle about my goal to do 100 pushups a day (hey, I do itβ¦sometimes!) and he cautioned me that if I do pushups, I should also do rowing, or lift weights while bent over. He claims that his doing just 100 pushups a day without also rowing caused an imbalance that led to a rotator cuff industry.
