It improvises an answer every time with a couple exceptions. Grok will lie when it doesn't want to answer.

I'm so targeted it usually refuses to admit it knows anything about me even if you tell it my online usernames to look up and stuff
It will always try to come up with an answer, unless the system prompt has some instructions to block it.
