You don't need people on the Internet, to tell you to only care about yourself and (maybe, some of) your family, and only for the short term. That's most people's default state. Stacking Bitcoin instead of gold or Apple stock, doesn't suddenly turn that into heroic virtue.

But if you are a courageous, productive person, by Nature, and you actually care and try to improve things, and they insist that you _shouldn't_ because wanting to improve things is _wrong_ and _bad_ and proof that you are _insane_ because, obviously, nothing can ever get better and you can never impact your environment or other people, so stop caring and go back to counting your coins and STFU...
