I’ve been playing around with ratios, the latest one was this:

- 1 cup of raw milk, try and get the fatty bit at the top, otherwise it’s a bit icy.

- 2 egg yolks

-1/4 cup raw honey

- 1-2 tablespoons of raw butter

- pinch of salt

- activated or sprouted pecans to top it with

I blend all of that and then pour it into my ice cream maker (they’re pretty cheap and super worth having)

Would love to know if you try it!

I tried doing a raw milk recipe in the blender and we all hated it. It did not have egg yolks nor butter, so that could be a difference maker. And maybe I should splurge on an ice cream maker. 😆
