Forgot to mention this icing is marbled with a ganache - made with coconut oil, cacao butter, maple and cacao powder
One of the things I’ve enjoyed lately is making cakes out of wholefood ingredients. All organic, almond meal, pasture raised eggs, cacao powder, maple syrup, Celtic salt, bicarb soda.
And the icing is raw butter whipped with raw honey and pure vanilla. *I’ll be making my own vanilla essence soon.

I’m excited to share an app/platform that i’ve created with my sister, called Hormone Haven. It’s a community and educational app for women to learn about, understand and ask questions about their hormonal health. Where doctors give you 15 minutes of their time and a pill, we believe that you can naturally heal, and with the support of a community of women experiencing similar symptoms, sharing wisdom and experience, we think we’ll see real change.
We share hormone balancing recipes as well as information highlighting the four phases of your cycle and how to work with your hormones rather than against them.
I’d love for you to share this with any women who want to reclaim their hormonal health naturally!
I’ve been making homemade marshmallows recently - when made the way they used to be, they’re actually really good for the gut! These ones are 4 ingredients. Filtered water, grass fed gelatin, raw honey and pure vanilla.

My favourite new sleep tonic.
Raw milk
Raw honey
Chamomile flowers
Collagen (glycine supports sleep)

I’ve been playing around with ratios, the latest one was this:
- 1 cup of raw milk, try and get the fatty bit at the top, otherwise it’s a bit icy.
- 2 egg yolks
-1/4 cup raw honey
- 1-2 tablespoons of raw butter
- pinch of salt
- activated or sprouted pecans to top it with
I blend all of that and then pour it into my ice cream maker (they’re pretty cheap and super worth having)
Would love to know if you try it!
I have an ice cream maker - it’s just raw milk, egg yolks, pinch of salt, raw honey and a little bit of raw butter! I blend it all and throw it into the ice cream maker :)
Grateful to live in a place that I can get ample ocean time and morning sun to kick start my circadian rhythm!

Hahha I don’t eat nuts generally, just on the odd occasion, but when I do - organic and activated. Activated is the same as sprouted. Soaked over night and dehydrated, they taste better, it removes the anti nutrients and are more easily digested.
Made some raw milk ice cream, with raw butter and activated pecans - it didn’t disappoint!
