Made some raw milk ice cream, with raw butter and activated pecans - it didnāt disappoint!

What the heck is an āactivated pecanā??
Hahha I donāt eat nuts generally, just on the odd occasion, but when I do - organic and activated. Activated is the same as sprouted. Soaked over night and dehydrated, they taste better, it removes the anti nutrients and are more easily digested.
Do you have a recipe you can share? Wanna give this a try.
Iāve been playing around with ratios, the latest one was this:
- 1 cup of raw milk, try and get the fatty bit at the top, otherwise itās a bit icy.
- 2 egg yolks
-1/4 cup raw honey
- 1-2 tablespoons of raw butter
- pinch of salt
- activated or sprouted pecans to top it with
I blend all of that and then pour it into my ice cream maker (theyāre pretty cheap and super worth having)
Would love to know if you try it!
I tried doing a raw milk recipe in the blender and we all hated it. It did not have egg yolks nor butter, so that could be a difference maker. And maybe I should splurge on an ice cream maker. š
How can we make it ?
I have an ice cream maker - itās just raw milk, egg yolks, pinch of salt, raw honey and a little bit of raw butter! I blend it all and throw it into the ice cream maker :)
