One of the things I’ve enjoyed lately is making cakes out of wholefood ingredients. All organic, almond meal, pasture raised eggs, cacao powder, maple syrup, Celtic salt, bicarb soda.
And the icing is raw butter whipped with raw honey and pure vanilla. *I’ll be making my own vanilla essence soon.
Forgot to mention this icing is marbled with a ganache - made with coconut oil, cacao butter, maple and cacao powder
