I’ve been making homemade marshmallows recently - when made the way they used to be, they’re actually really good for the gut! These ones are 4 ingredients. Filtered water, grass fed gelatin, raw honey and pure vanilla.

you know, just an idea, you might try adding Marshmallow root to your marshmallows.
