Yes, wealth matters more than privacy. Some of you are schizos who think goverments will suddenly arrest you for buying bitcoin with your own money. I'm buying bitcoin openly and goverment can fuck off. They have no power over my cold wallet. Monero and fiat makes you poor, I suggest staying away from both of them and embracing bitcoin

You'll still be saying wealth matters more than privacy when your BTC is traced easily thanks to its transparent blockchain and you get arrested for not paying capital gains taxes and/or failing to report to the State's agencies.

Also, I would suggest you look up and familiarize yourself with Executive Order 6102, eminent domain, civil asset forfeiture, and regulatory takings.

It's not that the government will ever seize your BTC, it's that they have the power do so.

By that logic never buy any property. Dont buy a house or a car because goverment can take it any time! Live on the streets, dont own anything and eat ze bugs! 😁

That's not even remotely close to what I'm saying.

What I mean is that it is far easier for the government to seize your BTC because they can link your transactions back to you quickly thanks to the transparent blockchain. There are literally entire sites and corporations dedicated to tracing BTC addresses and their transaction histories.

The secret is to have property not in your name and or hidden well enough from the government. BTC is failing in the latter category.

With XMR, you have enough plausible deniability since it can't be traced, granted you don't have crappy OPSEC and INFOSEC.

If i want to have an illegal transaction I can use monero and dont touch it after i'm done. Holding xmr just makes me poor. Holding btc makes me wealthier. If you wanna buy drugs on the black market go ahead and use xmr. If you are not an outlaw, just an ordinary citizen, there is nothing to be afraid while holding #bitcoin

Look at those poor Hugarians. Trading Bitcoin P2P can lend them in prison for up to 5 years.

You probably don't even realise that you are talking to some early Bitcoiners here that have seen a fair amount of things gone wrong and a sense of what there is to come.

If you can't see how normal people become outlaws at an accelerating rate I'd adjust your filters because it means you are not prepared bfor the storm that's directly bcoming your way.

I guarantee you that you'll remember ghis conversation when shitvhits the fan.

It tells me that you are just a normal pleb, with a couple 100k max in BTC. Enjoy your ride. Enjoy your future unrealised gains tax bill when it is due.

You still haven't figured out why early Bitcoiners need the best privacy protection they can get while this monetary revolution takes place?

There is 0 tax on bitcoin where I live. Yes, I am enjoying getting wealthier over time while xmr/fiat cucks stay poor and miserable :)

Bitcoin is illegal in some countries and heavily regulated in others AKA cucked. Black markets + anonymity and privacy are the only way to freely use it without current or future retaliation by the same people you're trying to take the money printer from.

Its tax free and legal in my country. I dont care

So you trust the government to keep it that way? A second ago you were saying government could fuck off and now you're relying on it's approval of Bitcoin.

If you dont trust the goverment dont buy a house or car, live on the streets like a homeless person. Because goverment can seize it any moment. I'm saying that you are extremist schizos, goverment cant take my bitcoin from my cold wallet

Kind of stupid to say that because you obviously don't trust the government either if you're using Bitcoin

You're right they can't, but they can confiscate your property, throw you in a cage, or worse in some places, if you don't give them your keys. 99% of people would give in especially if they have a family.
