it has because since after covid business owners hiring staff on "mini-job" or part-time basis. At least over here. Meaning I'm being offered the same wage in catering than a 17 year old working during his vacation from school. Only difference is that I've worked over 30 years in hospitality, was trained as restaurant professional in a Hotel after finishing school. I've spent three decades in the industry with a heavy focus on bar work / mixology and no, I will not work for €12/ hour with that experience while you're telling me "you know, the tips are good".
