Objectively, fruit and honey aren’t health foods. They’re metabolic disrupters and plants as food are a significant net-negative. I did not make the rules. nostr:note1aeyud4a4yprxhdew56dxqv3mjqpjjqt9jl0z5hwnume7m8zttu8qnk2jd4

I think of honey as glorified sugar.
Plus I find the taste repulsive.
Yeah bee vomit isn’t super appealing or appetizing to me
But have you managed to stay on meat only only?
After I eat like 200 grams of meat I really don't want to continue eating it. I either have to make a longer pause or take a sip of sour juice or fruit or vegetable. Then I continue as new. Is this just a habit? Is it worth pushing myself and staying on pure meat for a few days? You know, I will do that. We'll see how that goes.
Of course, no plans stoping drinking tea, coffee and smoking cigars. That much plant narcotics is a must for me, or I will die of boredom.
I’ve been carnivore for 2 years. Very little deviation. I eat 2-3 lbs of beef almost everyday. Sometimes I eat lamb, chicken or fish. I eat a lot of cheese and eggs too. But I routinely eat 1.5 lbs (680 grams) of beef and can still eat more after. I am only 175 lbs and I never feel poorly afterward, I have a low body fat and abs show.
Carnivore is just different. I wholehearted believe it’s the optimal human diet.
So my need for sour stuff is also just an addiction... Damn. Not really sure if I want to get rid of it completely yet, but I will start from introducing more and more 100% carnivore days and will see where it takes me.
My exceptions forever: teas, coffee, cigars, black peppers.
Reductionist views are often wrong. This is almost certainly an example
