I've been a Google Beta Developer for 20 years, I joined BlueSky in February 2023 and deleted my account in February 2024, I had 5 invite codes.
In my entire life as a developer I have never come across such a dangerous platform. If you value your mental health stay away from BlueSky.

Probably because of the mental state of its users.
Ok Janneke, let me break it down why I say BlueSky is dangerous: users publish porn, self-harm, violence, anti-semitism, racism, suicide, depression, religious and political extremism. There is absolutely no moderation whatsoever on BlueSky and I strongly fear that violent extremism thrives and spills over into reality, whitout oversight.

I'm sure we are talking about a complete different user database, the real experience is far worst than what's on fineprints and study papers. I'm guessing you should try it out. I'm far from convinced. Good luck!
