Ah, too bad. A mortgage is about the only access to cheap capital that a normal person has. A 30-year fixed interest rate mortgage against real estate that is appreciating used to buy bitcoin is a massive win, as long as you are cash-flowing enough to pay the monthly payments.

That's what I did many years ago. Mortgaged my house and bought bitcoin with it. Best financial decision of my life.
