I signed up but I wasn't able to add a display name or upload make a test post with a picture. I got an error. Is it because you require the profile to be approved first?

How do you deal with spam if anyone can sign up to your site and upload attachments.

I might have to install it and check out the admin panel. It reminds me of mastodon. I've never used any of the Nostr websites to surf. I only use amethyst.
