Always was leaning to a good #vascularity

Since I strictly do #Sprints and #Cardio sessions + hard weight graining and stopped bread as well as replaced pasta/rice/potatoes with fruits, quinoa and buckwheat grains and oats, there is a major step forward🔥🔥🔥
