The plebstr client makes it very easy, as you can open someone else's profile, view their follows and click follow all.

I thoroughly enjoy plebstr! I use it especially when I want to use a gif in a post. They have it right there in your text keyboard so you don’t have to go to another site and copy/paste a link.
