Not trying to be a karen, but when I lived in apartments I learned to use an electric grill. Sears used to sell a nice 1800W grill (in the 80s and 90s), and believe it ir not, my uncles used to prefer them even when they lived in a house. To get the smoke flavor, electric pellet grills can yield results. I do agree charcoal is always the standard you cant beat.
