Has he decided to game they system by completely ignoring all of the IMF conditions? What can they do to El Salvador if he does? What if they just don't pay back the loan? I think that would be hilarious.
For one, the IMF doesn't typically turn over all the money at once, but little by little as conditions are met.
I see way to many people reading their own bias into Bukele. In time the man's actions will speak. While waiting don't read something into this situation that isn't there.
