As if you can trust them not to track those transactions.
They HAVE to track them, so they can SUM UP individual transactions to see if you sent >300€ to someone in small individual transactions.
On Oct 23 the ECB will announce the digital EUR. The question isn't "if" but "when" we'll get our #CBDC.
