I had this exact issue myself a few weeks ago on iOS. Reported it to nostr:nprofile1qqspywh6ulgc0w3k6mwum97m7jkvtxh0lcjr77p9jtlc7f0d27wlxpspzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejszxrhwden5te0wfjkccte9eekummjwsh8xmmrd9skcg53qmj and it was resolved in a few days. I didn’t hear back on what exactly solved it.
