I agree that’s definitely the compassionate take and I try to adhere to that with in person experiences, but I’ve felt online ones tend to get significantly carried away since people can engage behind a curtain of sorts.

Anytime someone engages with me with this kind of attitude I just mute them and move on. Not worth your time or energy.

If you’re looking for somebody on Primal, I would download the Primal application or use the Web app to search them. Primal does a great job of indexing users names for searches.

No such thing. That suggests there is a centralized authority making that decision. It’s possibly that certain relays filter you out however or that clients are locally muting you for their users.

More than likely what they're doing is a "local edit" where they show the changes in that client but were you to use another client/relay combo the changes would not be present.
