Mixed it up and let it sit for 12h. Took it an hour ago. If this is supposed to alleviate symptoms, I haven't noticed any alleviation. If, on the other hand, it's mean to slowly fortify the immune system to prevent future sickness, then I can see myself making this part of a daily regimen. Went down easy, easy to make. We ran out of cayenne pepper, but that will make a great addition.

It’s partly both. And works differently for people. Daily regimen in winter months is highly recommended. Builds up immunity etc.
It can quickly alleviate a sore throat etc but it works more long term. IMHO.
