I wax and wane depending on where we are in relation to the high school gymnastics season. Right now my strength-to-weight ratio got way better without any extra focus on strength but by losing 16 lbs. So I can still do press-handstands and whatnot. But yeah, I've almost run this phase as far as I'm interested and will shift back to a better balance soonish.
