What percentages of your protein intake for your family comes from poultry, beef, and pork?

100% unless we eat out which is approx 2 meals a week

👍🏼👍🏼...I was meaning to ask what percentage comes from each category, ie beef x%, poultry y%, pork z%?

If you still mean in regards to our consumption the only meat we eat out in beef or lamb. Virtually impossible to source good chicken or pork out.

Not positive if I'm answering the question the way you meant it, but my family is probably 90% poultry meats and eggs. And 7% beef and 3% pork. My daughter was diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome at the end of 2020 and that drastically changed things for us. If you don't know what Alpha Gal is, that's a mammal meat/product allergy brought on by a tick bite.🐓🦃

Ah, if that's the questions we would be 50% beef, 25% pork, 15% lamb and 10% chicken.

Plus loads of eggs every morning

Goals... Thank you!
