I've never even looked at my relays (FYI mostly I'm using Amethyst)
I need help. Is there a resource that will show me how to add and manage relays?
Please link to any content that will make it easy for me to optimize my relays etc.
I feel like im missing out on visibility and engagement due to bot having my relays set up properly.

Choose relays that are fast (nostr.watch) and that have people in common with you. Mixing in a few paid relays can help with spam, and generally retain posts longer. https://nostr.wine is a good one. I would shoot for about 10-15 relays tops, especially if you are on mobile, and not able to charge your phone just whenever.
