Cool. I do eat meat. Every day.

I have gone periods where I ate a lot of meat and times where I ate less.

I'm very happy and healthy with my current diet so no need to change.

I am happy that you have found something that works for you.

To clarify , I didn't make up the ayurveda rule about most meat being drying. But I have experienced the drying effects, and other energetic effects of food.

The cool thing about Ayurveda is that you can test everything out on yourseld. Just like you're doing with the carnivore diet!

So to determine if meat has a drying effect on the body, you would need to eat it alone and with no seasonings. I believe there is a reason why most people add butter to their steak (and salt).

Regarding bowel movements, the effects were f not eliminating on a daily basis can show up at anger in the short term and serious disease longer term (10- 20 years).

I wish you well on your path. ✨🙏
