Oh geez…

Tbh whenever i have this discussion out in meatspace i don’t know how to explain very well why it’s bad. Everyone’s basicaly like “yeah we have no privacy, who cares. Nobody does”

I make my probably futile efforts because i don’t like the idea of someone getting richer off my data but yeah, sometimes i feel like i’m the dumb one trading off conveniences to make that very smol stand that may have no real impact on anything

#asknostr change my mind please? Or, teach me something? Idk, am tard

Hey, you know you’re very intelligent and you have a very good and valid point with this.

I’m the idiot here that has succumbed to these spy items and there’s no privacy left for me. It’s definitely not a good thing at all and I know there are many major implications with this but I have accepted it, for now.

Thank you for your input and please continue to inform people 💜

I'm one for looking on the bright side, and you, ma'am, are in the perfect position to troll / rug the Machine!

You could install Ad Nauseum in your browser and load up some webpage you'd never visit before going for lunch.

By the time you get back they'll be convinced you're a male dwarf who identifies as Japanese and wants to buy hair products in Las Vegas.

Hmmm now I am tempted 🤔

🤣🤣🤣

Honest question marie, do you like having targeted ads and sometimes buy stuff from them? I have never/would never wittingly buy something from an internet ad that was sprung on me in some kind of algo driven feed like instagram (which i also don’t use) personally, but imagine some people are into that

I don’t like ads period. But I do a lot of online shopping, hardly never from targeted ads. Yes I do see how a lot of people would be into this, but not me! 🫡
