i haven't heard it mentioned in a while, but if that's the last commit date then i'd think it's not? many people are using other relay software packages, such as strfry, haven, wot-relay, and others.
I was in the process of spinning up a relay with the help of npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll but it seems a bit outdated.
Which of the packages you mention is straight forward and a possible good fit for my intel nuc that is collecting dust?
