I don't know what Usenet is exactly, but I imagine you can pretty much do that today and it wouldn't even be hard.
Has anyone considered emulating Usenet with separate relays addresses for each newsgroup? i.e myrelay.tech.bitcoin, myrelay.tech.linux
Is there a NIP that would be better suited for this?
