Bitcoin does not need coinbase, does not need these centralized scamm exchanges.
Coinbase had two calves and one they promised to go to the cause of freedom, but which calf would be decided later. One day, one of the calves died. Asked, which calf died, Coinbase said sadly the calf going to the cause of freedom had died.

Coinbase is going where the money is. DeFi on Ethereum with the likes of Uniswap on L2's is making it harder and harder to compete.
A US Corp follows the money, for the sake of its shareholders.
