Sick of Lynn Alden saying she came up with the "Nothing stops this train" quote. She may have applied it to Bitcoin but Walter White was the first to use it and make it popular. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqdoO1dVZTM

Lol but she gave credit to him recently! It's everyone else who said she originated it

That’s nice she gave credit, I was unaware. But I just tried to watch her Vegas speech and she started off by saying she popularized the term nothing stops this train 🚂 and I turned it off.

Lol! Fair enough I suppose

You stopped listening literally moments before she explained where she got it from and why it’s relevant lol

I’ve heard her say it for years without giving credit lol. I knew where she got it the first time I heard her say it.

Good on her though

Im pretty sure she has credited the show for the phrase.

Wasn’t aware that’s very commendable. However she did introduce herself in her Vegas speech as the person who popularized that quote.

She has been quoting Walter white when referencing to the fiscal policy situation for like four years now. She did popularize the quote…

No breading bad did. You live in an echo chamber

wtf is breading bad?

You’re just highly regarded.

Nothing stops this train! 🚂

Bro she talks about the quote coming from Walter White in the speech you mentioned at Bitcoin 2025. She brings up breaking bad, explains the show and the context behind how Walter White used it

I think it was during the first part of the speech too.

I stoped watching after I heard her say the quote in the beginning. A little too late I suppose

She credits BB frequently on pod appearances and also in her newsletter as well

Man, I've been saying that since I was a kid. Hahaha people are weird

“aint no stopping this train” 🚂

is common phrasing from early american gospel and bluegrass.

I think I remember it from Final Fantasy 7

Pretty sure the BB writers did not coin the phrase.

More people have seen BB than have see. Lyn talk about bitcoin
