Sugar does that. You can test it - go one day where you have no carbs at all. Only meat, and really go for the fat. Note how hungry you feel. Then, next day, start the day with cereal or cookies or rice, and see how quickly you feel hungry again.

You know what else makes you not hungry? Depression 😳

I guess for some people. Are you depressed? I've been depressed, I might be able to relate.

Some things can get me down, but what does not kill me makes you stronger apparently.
