Anyone have experience with Japanese Knotweed?

When we moved in, the yard was overrun with this. Through constant cutting and mowing I’ve managed to keep it out of the yard but still have around the creek and woodlines.

Tried feeding to both pigs and sheep this morning. Pigs ignored it which was surprising since they eat almost anything. Sheep seem to be interested. May have found something. Will continue to give it a try. #homesteading #sheep #permaculture #grownostr
