True except that TRYING to eat carnivore/keto I've not found an acceptable thickening agent.

So, I guess a simple butter & garlic or a hollandaise would be it for me.

No. I just eat whatever clean or with something like a bit of butter & some blue cheese crumbles.

I'm also a purist when it come to BBQ...NO sauce.
