Think I know what my next project is.

Just don't fuck it up like impervious did. ๐Ÿ˜…

Just looked em up. Looks like a messy mish mash of too much functionality.

Nah fam I just wanna get rid of the built in shitcoinery and ads then add zaps and NIP-07 integration.

"Keep it simple, stupid."

Yeah, it was definitely one of those projects that really overhyped a lot of stuff and then drastically under-delivered.

Looks like abandonware too from the git repos.

If you're gonna give us a debloated Brave with Nostr integration I am SO DOWN

That's the plan!

I switched from Brave to Firefox due to the bloat (and open source). If you could give me Brave without the bloat, I'm in

You say that as if Firefox isn't bloated as well, lmao.

That being said, Ungoogled Chromium and LibreWolf are the only proper ways of using those browsers.

+1 for ungoogled chrome.

If you're talking about Chromium, you should know that standard Chromium builds still have Google's code in them. You'd need to use a specially Degoogled Chromium build. I'm sure multiple such projects exist already. Just saying it's a common misconception that vanilla Chromium isn't "googled."

Oh no, I was referring to an ACTUAL degoogled Chromium.

O look at this now! Good looking out ๐Ÿซ‚

All good, just checking because it's a common misconception I've heard a lot over the years.

Should have known you're big brain.

big brains require hi-res stimulation

*tries and fails to find hi-res plunderphonic music on qobuz*

Qobuz ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Ohhh was it you who recommended it to me?

That's right!

Here's a long overdue zap!

And here's the interest!

LFG!!! โšกโšกโšก๐Ÿค™

Firefox is bloated in its own way absolutely. But Brave is a good thing to fork imo because the adblock and anti-tracking features among others are useful, would just be nicer without the shitcoins and ads.

At least with Brave, their bullshit is disabled with a toggle. You can't disable Google's malicious roadblocks or Mozilla's legitimate incompetence.

Yep exactly.

I will happily test this ser
