This chart seems accurate.

I've been moving weights for 30 years. I'm in my mid 40s now.

The goal today is to stay tone but prevent injury.

I have zero incentive to try and find my max.

I'm not there yet, bench press is one of my weaker movements. Last I measured was 7 months ago, so time for a re-test as I'm fitter now :-)
