I did 72 hours one time. Thought I would do again the next month and I got to 36 hours. Remembered I don't have to do this crap and I had food in the fridge. So that was the end of that

Yep. But with water / black coffee. Longest dry fast only 24. Yourself?

I seriously doubt also not drinking water is beneficial to anything. I regularly do fasts but i definitely drink water like i normally do during that time.

Ah ok….i try to do carnivore as much as I can but slip up from time to time. Especially around this time of year. Generally end up with one meal a day.

There's no point in hardlining it. If you do it 95-99% of the time there's very little harm you could possibly do in the meager percentages that you are "cheating".

My max was 5 days. Gets easier after 2 days. Wanna do a week. Maybe after Xmas 😂
