Nice try I appreciate the effort but It's not really the source of my issue. Ptsd doesn't happen from being lazy, fat, or lack of self respect. Btw I am 164lbs for my size thats not bad.

I can workout better I do lift, runs, push ups, & sit ups, probably not enough but I do them. Can I eat better absolutely everyone can will I be able to afford it as prices keep going up?

Also dude my job is to survive not be a slave to anpther persons content. This ain't the 1960s were everything was economically feasible that you could easily find work & know you would aleays have a bonus every year, a promotion, & a bigger increase. Today they want to make it you need 2 people to just get an apartment & ul never be able to afford a home to live in.

Especially with fluctuating prices by the hour & electricity spike charges because oh its summer time. The domino effect!

It's not a linear type of illness you can just write off a script of treatments. Also I don't take pills for it maybe I should & see if the weight gain is worth the effects. Therapy I don't think is hard I don't understand why you would just assume that everyone who does not try it their reason would be over it's difficulty that's a childish rationalization to assume of people.

Also people can change you know not everyone stays the same. I hope you may never have to deal with ptsd because you won't comprehend it.
