It was a nice Sunday, mostly hanging out here on the homestead. I'm really liking 1877 Mineral Water from HEB, I think its better than Topo Chico. Nice and refreshing during these hot days. Glad I got the solar oven out of storage and used it today, need to use it more often. That was some tasty roast beef cooked by the sun. Actually, I just heard that pfas were found in tapwater, so high quality reverse osmosis might be the way to go. Although then you have to consider what the filter is made out of.
If you RO your water, make sure to remineralize.
