When we think about Nostr it’s good to look at what a community like #BlackTwitter is going through as they look for a new home. And consider why they’re, for the most part, not looking at Nostr. There is of course a #BlackNostr, but there are also black folks who joined and left. And more to didn’t consider it when they’re looking for a home post Elon.

What’s #BlackTwitter?

I don’t see anything under #blacknostr, do you?

But yes, we need to help people get here and feel at home here 💯

There will be expectations that need to shift, and there will be expectations that we can satisfy with better tools.

I guess we're going to have to:

1. Spread the message loud and wide that nostr is not a platform, it's a resilient open protocol.

2. Wait for the government to shut down or compromise their favourite platforms enough.

Number 1 should be done subtly enough to incept the idea that they should build on nostr.

Do y'all do outreach to folks for Nostr?
