Can't say for sure, I don't usually/seem to have that problem on my Android phone.. have you tried a paid relay or two? Or rotating from the defaults? Check out - https://nostr.watch/relays/find

I just mostly paid relays. I'll just play around with them for a bit.

Anytime... You can check out https://nosta.me on desktop, logging in with an extension like nos2x / alby - then clicking on the three dots to see your profile data. Might be able to gleam some info from there..

Also I recommend the gossip client on Desktop for choosing which relays you read+write to, might come in handy.
