Thank you. Honestly getting him off the tablet many years ago and into books has made parenting easier tbh. Less drama. More calm. Not saying it’s perfect but highly recommend
We go through phases. Minimal screens phase right now. Noticably less cranky, more imaginative and generally happier kids.
It's the light from these devices. The blue lights hijack our neurotransmitters and get us addicted. It's no different than getting someone off drugs, it's no fault of the kids for reacting the way they do.
