I tend to walk in the garden barefoot each morning but I guess there's still a bunch of charge in my system.

Fifteen minute walk is good but I think nothing beats 8 hours straight, what with all the EMFs we contend with
You might also look at diet. Quitting drinking ratcheted up my sleep quality as well.
