Any tips for not repeatedly waking up at 3am with panic attacks?

They’re kicking my arse right now.

Yes, having about half an hour of darkness and stillness in bad, sorting through the day events and the future day plans. Also, keeping a consistent schedule of waking up all days, is a good start.

“in bed” (iPhone autocorrect ffs)

I’m pretty good about the later part… can improve on the first half, although that involves some communication. Thanks.

A grounding/earthing pad got rid of my wife’s night terrors. And has helped me sleep 10x better. Highly recommend.

No offense, but I found this hilarious because it’s posted by MrClownWorld 🤣😂🫂

I tend to walk in the garden barefoot each morning but I guess there's still a bunch of charge in my system.

Persistence is the key

Fifteen minute walk is good but I think nothing beats 8 hours straight, what with all the EMFs we contend with

You might also look at diet. Quitting drinking ratcheted up my sleep quality as well.

Yewah pretty much cut out booze a couple of years ago, can count on one hand the times I've had booze in that time.

Congrats, that’s huge
