Really? We used to have a lot but as far as I was aware those were seized by the police and were locked up in Ledger hardware wallets. So they were basically inaccessible.

According to the "research" by Grok we had 200k bitcoins then we maybe sold them but we may not have sold them but we may not have had them in the first place. Who knows...

so the authorities have the technical capacity to hunt the criminals down, seize the coins and them they fuck up when putting them on a ledger, the easiest of them all in terms of usability? sounds pretty off to me, considering the corrupt nature of the Bulgarian government.
