Hey frens... I know a lot of you do the carnivore diet, and I'm considering getting on board. I did Atkins many years ago and got good results by eliminating carbs. From what I understand, carnivore works similarly. I'm trying to get back down to my sexy weight, so a solid diet and gym regimen will be key. The gym is the easy part. I find 5:2 works well for me. It fits my lifestyle, and the way my brain works. Find something tat suits you!
