Whats your plan today?
Garden and animal chores this morning I have chickens and rabbits. Finish the pig fence, got two young pigs coming on the 25th. Batton down the hatches for the coming storm. Test a few backups.
After lunch I’ll probably post a picture of my zone zero gardens since you made me think of it the other day. Then I’ll head off to my apprenticeship at the local custom processor.
In the evening I’ll spend a few hours on my fiat job and give attention to whatever needs it. Yesterday was freezing green beans.

Sounds like a good one! Ive got a follow up video of the first raised bed filled and a Sage plant going in.
Hoping to source 8 rabbits to process at the Self Reliance Festival in the next week or so.
I had intended to breed them here but then things got a bit out of hand this summer. :)
Thursday is chore catch up day in the Holler as we have no livestreams.
